Upon placing your order, you will receive two separate emails from us — an order confirmation to acknowledge your purchase, and a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

If your confirmation email hasn't arrived, we recommend checking your Spam or Junk folder before reaching out, as it may have been filtered automatically.

Please note that if a phone number was entered in place of an email address at checkout, a confirmation email will not be generated for your order.

Should you need to add or update your email address, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we will ensure your tracking information is sent to the correct address.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 Business Days of being placed, subject to current inventory availability.

Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number.

From the point of dispatch, delivery generally takes up to 5 Business Days. During periods of high demand or where stock levels are limited, an additional 2 to 3 Business Days may be required.

We are fully committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately address amendments can be made provided your order has not yet been shipped.

In certain circumstances, minor address corrections may still be possible after dispatch. We recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team at the earliest opportunity so we can do our best to assist.
