Ordering

Browse our collection, add the pieces you love to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You'll be guided through delivery and payment in just a few steps no account required. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the details.

We move quickly to get your order out the door, but if you reach us within a few hours of ordering, we'll do our best to help. Email info@zenvoralondon.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do.

First, have a look in your spam or promotions folder confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it's still missing after an hour, drop us a line with the name and email used at checkout, and we'll resend it straight away.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes we offer free shipping on every order across the United Kingdom. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. From there, UK delivery usually takes a further 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is on its way. Please note: delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods and public holidays.

As soon as your order leaves us, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us and we'll dig it out for you.

At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom so that we can keep the experience consistent and the service personal. We hope to open international shipping in the future if you'd like to be the first to know, drop us a note.

Returns & Refunds

If your piece isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact.

Simply email info@zenvoralondon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with clear instructions and a return address within one working day

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further few days to appear in your account. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

We're truly sorry this isn't the experience we want for you. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photograph of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage, as quickly as possible.

Our Products

Every product in our collection is sourced carefully and checked by hand before it reaches you. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell if you're ever unsure about a piece, just ask.

Care instructions are included on the individual product pages where relevant, and we'll often tuck a small care note in with your parcel. If you need more specific guidance, we're always happy to advise.

Many of our pieces are restocked, though some are limited in quantity. If you'd like to be notified when something becomes available again, email us with the product name and we'll add you to the list.

Not at all you're welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders, save your details, and view your order history for next time
